Technology & Innovation

Technology for Better Cooking Performance

Bäukler researches existing materials, technologies and manufacturing methods, then combines and applies them intelligently. The aim is simple: better cooking performance in everyday use.

For Bäukler, innovation means combining or applying existing technologies, materials and manufacturing methods differently, and more intelligently, to create better performance.

Key Technologies

  • A Bäukler frying pan with a cut in the wall showing the three body layers from rim to base
    1. 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel: food-grade cooking side
    2. Aluminum Core: spreads heat quickly and evenly
    3. 430 Magnetic Stainless Steel: induction-ready outer layer

    Triply Clad

Triply Clad is a three-layer construction: stainless steel, an aluminum core and stainless steel. The three layers are bonded together and run across the full body of the cookware, from the base to the rim, not only through the base.
